Fruits « refreshed » in Armagnac

We use the work « Refreshed » because the alcohol content is only 6.5%.
This is a mix of grapes, cherries, apricots and plums, offered in a 250gr glass jar.Enjoy it on a sunny afternoon or as a digstif: it is delightful !
Keep the jar in the fridge after opening to help this last.
Confits de vin

The red and white wines from our Cassagnoles estate, prepared in jelly with spices.
This jelly is perfect for your sandwiches, crepes, and also as a filling for fruit pies. This flexible product is also delicious with some cheese, yoghurt or cottage cheese, and on fresh goat cheese toast.
Confit de floc
50 G JAR
To be used as sauce base. Stronger than the Confit de vin, a little bit sweeter but awfully good !
Fruits « refreshed » in floc de Gascogne
With low alcohol degree, these « fruits au floc » will make your fresh fruit salad totally unique and delicious. Add some to savoury dishes too, such as roast duck. Or try this with fruit cake, pannacota, or added to ice cream.
